PAV BHAJI

Pav Bhaji, a mixture of almost all the vegetables, a popular street food in Mumbai  is a special  dish, enjoyed by everyone.  When you pass through the stall, you will never step forward without eating this dish as it is quite tempting.  The hot bhaji with buttered pav is sufficient enough to fill your stomach either for breakfast, lunch, evening or at dinner time.  We all love this specially my children.

Pav Bhaji is a Mumbai Street food relished  by small children to old people.
Yesterday my maid did not turn up for making chapati as she was unwell.  As soon as I came from office, my son was telling me "I feel like eating Pav bhaji".  I also happily agreed to make this as this is the only way to make him eat all the vegetables.

While making bhaji, i ensure that almost all the vegetables are given an entry into this dish

Let us have a look at the recipe now:

Transfer it in a bowl.

Now heat the tava, cut the pav and apply butter on both the sides and cook it till brown spots appears in it. Serve with hot bhaji with a blob of butter garnished with coriander leaves, chopped onion and lemon wedges.
