MANGO FALOODA WITH CHOCOLATE l DRINK BEVERAGES

Falooda is a famous summer drink which not only  quench the thirst but also cools the stomach because it contains milk, subja in it.  Rose syrup is also good for health.

During summer, we get good variety of mangoes so why not we enjoy this falooda.  What we have to do is only replace the rose syrup with mango pulp and mango bits in it that is all.  Your favourite mango falooda is ready to serve chilled.

Here i have used chocolates instead of ice cream as my daughter wants to have it with chocolate.  Since we had Roche chocolate with us, I used the same in it.




Let us look at the recipe now:

Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 fully Ripe mango chopped
4 tbsp Falooda sev or normal sevai cooked and sweetened.
4 tbsp Subja soaked
2 Glass of milk (sweetened) chilled.
4 Tbsp mango pulp
4 Roche chocolate or any other chocolate.

Vanilla Ice cream

Method:

Step 1

Take half of the chopped mango and make puree of it.  If mango is sour, add some sugar.  Divide into half and put in two tall glasses.  Add one tbs Subja in each glass.  Chop two chocolates.   Add few chocolate pieces.   Add 2 tbsp falooda sev.  Add some mango pieces.  Pour gently the milk in it. You can put ice cream on top of it.   Add some mango pieces,  chocolate pieces and gently place one chocolate each on top it.  Serve chilled.
