Few benefits of flax seeds;

Talking about flaxseed, it is a great source of itamins - Vitamin B1, minerals such as magnesium, phosphorous, copper etc.    I used to roast them, powder them and add to the chapati flour while making chapati as it helps in reducing the bad cholesterol, lowers blood sugar and pressure, helps in functioning of kidnesys properly.  It reduces weight and is recommended for tackling obsesity.

It also helps in treating skin disorders viz. eczema, psoriasis and dandruff.  They also relieve constipation, diarrhoea, decrase inflammation and promotes healthy funcitoning of the immune system.
